In this 4-week Self Love and Self Care Container Digital Online Program, we will guide you to focus on one goal through a weekly theme and also support you in your self love and self care practice. You will focus your attention on that goal every day and we will be there to guide you and support you.
We will dive into the 4 weekly themes of L.O.V.E. including:
Week 1: LIGHT – We’ll focus on everything that is light in your life and releasing any heavy or stuck energy. You’ll go through a discovery of what makes you happy and feels good and release what doesn’t.
Week 2: OPEN – We’ll focus on opening your heart, mind, body and soul in preparation for creating something new.
Week 3: VISION – What’s the new reality you want to create? We’ll focus on that vision, hold space for you and help you set an intention to create something new.
Week 4: EXPERIMENT – We’ll focus on tools, resources and methods that you can experiment and play with so you can add to your tool kit. That way if you get triggered you can easily get back to a neutral and grounded peaceful state.
We’ll also help you further with the soul integration with your “Forgotten Inner Child.” We’ll help you create a really strong connection to your inner guidance and intuition so you can check in with yourself, be real about what you’re feeling and identify and release any emotions that are keeping you from moving forward. And you can reassure yourself at any time so you feel safe and secure. Each week, you will also receive a meditation and a prayer to support your goal.
And, we’re going to give you fun assignments and tools to help you love yourself fully and we’ll definitely do some soul dust-busting along the way!
