Self Love and Self Care Shop Shipping & Return Policies
We are grateful that you are considering purchasing from our Self Love and Self Care Shop! Please read the section below carefully and completely for our shipping and return policies.
We ship to the United States and Canada only at this time.
Domestic United States USPS shipping is $4.99 and Canada shipping is $20 for the first item. Multiple items may require additional shipping, which will be shown at checkout.
Note: If there is an item you really want and you are outside the US and Canada, email us at email@example.com and we will find out if our vendor can ship to you and how much it would cost to ship to you.
Current processing time is 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday) before your order ships out. Shipping times during high volume holidays and sales may be slightly longer. Due to the impact of the COVID19 outbreak, USPS shipping times are longer and restrictions on international transport, traffic in individual regions, and border controls, your orders may have longer delivery time.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
All items will be shipped via USPS from our supplier in the US with a tracking number. First class mail usually takes 1-5 days to arrive within the US depending on where you are located and time of year.
*We try to be as eco-friendly as possible and reduce packaging waste. Your order will be shipped in the least amount of packaging as possible.
All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class mail and may take from 1-4 weeks. We cannot track a package once it leaves the US until it arrives to you. If a package gets held in customs, it could take extra time as well.
*Buyer is responsible for any custom fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office. If you fail to pay duties required to release your package to you, and it gets returned to us, we do not offer refunds.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders showing confirmed delivery. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we will try our best to help track it down. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely.
Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, items damaged through normal wear and tear, and items marked as “final sale” are NOT eligible for return.
**Returns must be pre-approved within 7 days of receiving your order. You must contact us to start the process as we will have to verify the return shipping policy and return address for the vendor.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be sent within 5 days of your request for refund.
Item(s) must be in original unworn condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to notify us after 7 days or return is sent after the 5-day allowance, your return request will be voided and the package returned to you.
To process your return, you must first email your request and included your name, date of order, and order # to: firstname.lastname@example.org
*Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed, especially during times of increased order volume.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. In the event you accidentally entered a wrong address and email us afterward, we will do our best to try and change it but can't guarantee to catch it in time, so please check that all your information is correct before checking out.
